I understand you suggested i not go with the Clens, but the masaquist in me still went for it. I did my fisry Cycle of 2 weeks starting from 65mcg and moving uop to 150 mcg. per day.
I then took 2 weeks off.. and went on Xenadrine...
Im about to jump back on Clens for 2 weeks, but to be honest i just noticed Muscle strengthening and definition increase but not much fat loss... any suggestions or hypothesis on the primary results??
Diet= low carb, low fat, high protein ( will begin Flax oil and clens on Monday)
Workout- Heavy lifting , moderate Cardio
Goal- loose additional 10-15 pounds ( damn them love handles)
