I've tried T2, it didn't do shit, i felt flat on it, as if i was losing muscle. My diet during that time was CKD. I still have about 45 caps left, i don't know what the fuck to do with it. Right now i'm off CKD and on a normal High Protein, Low-Mod carb , Low-Mod fat intake...Maybe T2 might work better with a high protein intake.
