T Bar Row Platform!!

In my latest drive to really blast my back I was looking online at some equipment that would help me really build it up. Came across this t bar row platform that you can hook to your cage...it's sweet. Body-SOlid makes it so it obviously fits the body-solid power racks. Ordered it a few days ago and it came in today...man I'm pumped. I really think this is gonna be awesome for rows. Check out the link. You can bolt it to the floor or just hook it to your cage. about $50. Back day tomorrow baby! Gonna be sore as a mutha!

I love the t-bar row. I wish they had one in my gym. I been trying to figure out a way to attach the bar to something without it sliding but no luck. THat thing looks pretty cool!!

i ahve one too, i bought the attachment with handel for 50 bucks, good deal, its mounted to my garage floor. then i stand in some wood so i can get a nice stretch...its awesome

I used to have a body solid system, was a decent home gym but for those pushing serious weight its not so hot due to its rather low capacity of 400ish lbs. I do love that t-bar handle though, the concave shape of the handle means you can pull back on it farther before the plates hit your chest. The T-bar at my gym, halds are pretty much even with the bar so you have a reduced range of motion, but it still hits you back nicely.

it looks stupid, but use 25lb plates instead of 45's. you can get better rom, but you look kinda funny.

I tried to use one at the University Gym not long ago...and I had to use 45's to put even a decent amount of weight on the bar and have ANY sort of ROM. Didn't like it at all...and you can only use so many 25's.
