syringe laws / state by state this should help some one out

some pharmacies by me told me it is their policy that a syringe needs to be obtained with a script. anybody else ever get told that? when they say that i end up feeling like a total junkie.

My fam was on govt cheese and milk when I was younger and my father busted his ass to get us where we are today so I still think hard work can payoff!

thats why i miss ny :(

all i had to do was go up the block once a week and buy ten pins at a time.... never a problem except fucking east meadow those douchebags always ran out.... hmm i wonder why bwahahahaha. now im in shitkicking GA. anyone know the rules on pins in GA??

others, remember the one important point in almost everyone of those laws--it's a felony to improperly dispose of med waste--so be careful how you dispose of them. In many cases you can buy prepaid sharps containers no questions asked--just fill-it and send it to them for disposal.

Good post needto...I didnt read all of it for my state (nj) but they bang you for everything here so im assuming without a prescription they will charge you, although I dont go driving around with pins. I read something about a card I guess they give to junkies, gonna be hard to believe some jacked dude is gonna lie and say that he does heroin to get pins lol

no, only hospitals are allowed to dump medical waste there.

the problem there is that there is already so much buried in the sand there that you may end-up digging-up jimmy hoffa :)
 
In north carolina you can buy them buy the box at wallmart. I find it funny to watch the little old lady at wallgreens count out my needles "No ma'am, I need 50 of the pink ones(18) and 100 of the grey ones(22)."
 
I worked in a pharmacy for a few months. I live in KY, where it is legal to buy syringes without a script. But most pharmacists don't like selling them, especially to a big guy. Most times they will just tell you that they are out of stock. Much easier to just order them online.

haha i am suprised i didnt run in to you down the nj shore thats where i get rid of mine....except i prefer to toss them in the ocean with the rest of the medical waste
 
i buy my syringes at walmart, walgreens, sams, cvs etc etc everywhere they have pharmacy... without a problem about a script... here in tx though.
 
I dont understand why they arent legal in every state to some extent. So you have 1 pin and 3 drug addicts.....what do you think they are going to do with it?

ya I had to go to 6 deferent pharms for I finely got one that would give them to me...
 
Being in the army I've bought syringes in alot of different places. I've found that its basically the same all over the us. Nobody really knows for sure if they can sale syringes or not. Sometimes the ppl will give me a hardtime and sometimes its easy. When they ask what they're for I say for a baby cow. It works almost everytime.
 
we get boxes of 100 of everything 19g, 25g and syringes given to us here no questions asked, thats right bitches, given to us.. government needle exchange program or some shit i think its called. same in england i think..

Yeah i still got my card from 1992 they would give you condoms to and a bottle for disposal I love Aus .

After i read this post..I e-mailed the walgreens where I was denied and showed them the law...they said they follow FEDERAL law which prohibits it...
 
i walk into any pharmacy, and if they ask what they are for, i tell them i own a dog kennel and that they have allergies and thats that at .25 cents each you can get as many as you want.

Exactly just buy em online... Way less hassle!!! Last time I went to a pharmacy I obtained them but was asked a load of stupid questions and given an accusing look. hehe.. fuck that... I get everything via mail order now... vials, needles, syringes, you name it.
 
Ya, I was totally worried when I ran out earlier this week. Walked into a Shoppers Drug Mart...the lady asked no questions. I just bought a whole box of 100 for 50 cents a piece. She laughed, told me people use them for injecting glue into busted furniture, decorating cakes, all kinds of crazy shit. No 23ga, but 22ga now works just fine for me. I guess Canada is good for some things after all...lol.
 
idk if im allowed to say but calvetsupply is VERY good a box of 100 syringes with needles is 20 bucks with shipping

Yes stores can still tell you no. wallmart will tell you no. Cvs almost always says yes. Thats all I can help with there.

i hear ya bro and thanks for the info. i just go into a bootleg russian pharmacies in brooklyn and they hook it up. i love how they offer the alcohol wipes with them too

good post bro...from what i've been told here in south florida, broward county bans the sale of any and all syringes to any one walking in off the street by any pharmacy...palm beach county it is still possible to buy syringes by the case (100) from local mom and pops places without any issues...they don't ask and you don't tell lol
