What is the advantages of taking DL-alpha tocopherol over D-alpha tocopherol? The DL is synthetic,right?

yeah dl is syntetic,,,in high dosages (400iu and up) it makes no differnce your body sees it as d-alpha form anyway,studies show in low dosages(simmalar to the amount found in foods) that the natural form absorbs more efficently(sorry i dont have the refernces)
