1. what will you be taking for your liver when you start the Anavar - oxandrolone - ?
2. how many total calories are you eating?
3. are you eating before going to bed?
4. test is painful in the glutes and quads. You might try injecting in the triceps or delts and then do a light arm or shoulder set to work it through the muscle.
 
also:

take your measurements so you have a starting point for growth. I take pictures so that I can see my progress. You get used to seeing yourself in the mirror every day so don't notice changes...until you see a picture of yourself.

oh, and be sure to take naked pictures, and send them to me.

1. i have a few liver supps, mostly milk thistle based crap, i read var isn't really that toxic, plus i was never a drinker...either way i have stuff on hand
2. between 3,800 - 4,500 daily
3. yes, casein protein, eggs, or milk...whatever i find that is slow absorbing
4. i injected in my delt the first week and worked them the next morning, they were very sore still...my quads were much easier

hey give me an example of some of the shit youre eating... we're about the same measurements so it might be good for me to shadow it.

heres a quick 3-4 meals you should try too--
three 1lb containers extra-lean beef, throw in grilling pan, eat :)
no salt, dressing, or bullshit. i take some out and mix w/ potatoes before working out and mix w/ veggies for dinnertime.

Nope, didn't. Why bother? I'm running them both for 13 weeks, I never once read you should front load EQ. In fact, it would make more sense not to front load it so the test kicks in just before the EQ does.

lmfao, i do the same thing and throw some sodium free seasoning on it...no bun, nothing.

I usually eat brown rice or yams with my chicken or beef, whatever I'm in the mood for...my diet isn't all that diverse. In the AM I'll have a mound of pure oatmeal (no sugar), and sprinkle in some raisins, natural peanut butter, cranberries, brown sugar and granola with scrambled eggs on the side. Sometimes I'll eat a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter instead of the oatmeal.
