I saw a video on youtube about this diet making somebody lossing 37 pounds y 3-4 weeks, is that reallistic? do you really think a diet can be that strict to give that type of results?

It is realistic, but I really doubt that it is a healthy thing to lose that much weight in such a short period of time, and that it would be a long lasting results. After all, when losing weight it is best to be gradual in order to let the body accomodate to the new weight, and make those results more long lasting. I have personally lost 25-30 pounds in 4 weeks with minor tweeks in my diet, so it is well plausible to lose 37 pounds with a very restrictive diet.

If you loose 37 pounds in 3-4 weeks, a lot of that weight will be muscle and water. It's not healthy.

A good weight loss number to shoot for is 1-2 pounds per week. Any more then that and you really run the risk of loosing muscle mass.

Loosing body fat just takes time. However long it took you to gain the weight - it'll take just as long to loose it all.

Its realistic but super unhealthy. Most likely its the 'shit and water' weight half of it, and then loads of fat and most likely muscle as well

That is not the way to lose weight. 2 pounds per week is a good amount if you are burning off fat. If you are losing 10lbs per week you are definitely losing muscle and some is water too. Just do it healthy through diet and exercise.
