Sweatin Beyond comfort

It's 100 degrees and humid but other people don't sweat like I do. Granted when I'm in the gym I go non stop.


However, I'm drenched and dripping.


Is this normal ?

you literally just said its 100 degree and you are training "non stop" so i believe that you can answer that question for yourself...

at that temperature your body will sweat to cool itself down.

be glad you sweat, that is an advantage. a dog for example cannot sweat so they must pant to cool down
