Sustanon injection frequency

In about 2 months I will be starting another cycle in which I will be using 500mg of Sustanon ew. Does it make a difference if I take all 500mg at once or should take it 250mg x 2 Mon & Wed. Also if you are taking a dose of 500mg of EQ a week should you take it all at once or 2 shots at 250mg.

Im also doing a course of Sus but using winny aswell, for the Sus i suggest Monday/Thursday injections. I'm not to sure about Eq though as ive never used the stuff.

do the eq monday thursday. sus should injected eod or atleast e3d. the short esters in sus (suspension, prop) will make your blood levels fluctuate alot if you go to a monday thursday inj schedual. also, try to take the eq on monday early in the am like 7, then take the shot on thursday at 7pm.

THAT is misinformation brother. SUS has fast/ short med and long acting esthers. The halflife is more like two weeks. I like every 5 -7 days. I would do one in five that is 500/10 days. PLENTY!

as always G3 is right on time. You can shoot once a week and the test levels in your blood will increase every single week with each shot. As already stated the half life of sust is more than a week. So you need to inject at least once a week, but some guys do it twice.

I see peeps doing E4d or E3d its all good, but I also know bros who shoot 500mg once a week for ten weeks.

i guess i was misinformed then, because ive read several times on this site that sus is most effective when shot frequently (because of the short esters). my bad.

Sustanon has propionate in it, and propionate needs to be injected more frequently or it won't be effective. You can use sus once a week and get good results, but not as good as 2-3 injects per week. If you want to inject once a week you may as well use enanthate or cypionate instead.
