Sustanon cycle...

Hey guys im going on a sustanon cycle from next week but i wanted to ask as 'TRAPS' are my lagging bodypart so will it help if i increase the VOLUME on TRAPS day as it will respond more while im on JUICE.Is it true that you can improve your lagging bodypart while you are on roids if u concentrate on that part more without worrying about 'OVERTRAINING'.

It's really hard to over train when on a cycle.. deadlifts and heavy shrugs x 2 a week will give you bigger traps.. gonna have to give stats aswell mate

Well im 5' 10 around 198 pounds been training for over 3 years with good and clean diet its just that i ve gone through 'SLIP DISK ' in my 'CERVICAL SPINE' around 1.5 years back since than my traps are not responding no matter how much i concentrate on them. Its just that i ve been thinking if u cant really overtrain while on roids so why not concentrate on my TRAPS with high volume while on Sustanon cycle and see if they grows.
 
Do shrugs on shoulders day aswell so you hit them twice.. 5sets of front BB shrugs 4 sets of back shrugs ( bar at your ass) 3 sets of dumbbell shrugs.. lower the weight to get 10 reps and hold each rep.for.a.second and squeeze at the top of the movement

you need to do other movements on your traps... bent arm lateral raises... high rows... straight arm forward lateral raises... seated dumbbell shrugs... rear delt movements...

Bam. Back when I was doing the bodybuilding route, after my shoulder workout I'd do front raises and lateral raises til I couldn't lift my water bottle. The result: my traps are awesome.
 
Thank you all for suggestions will follow what all of you said will post about progress after the cycle completion, hoping to get big traps.

take dylan's advice above, also set aside and entire day just for traps/delts...its tough to overtrain traps you can rarely bang on em...at least for that is
