SUS 250 only. Is it Even worth it?

Right now, I'm wondering if shooting SUS 250 week by itself for 8 weeks is even worth anything. I just want 10-15 pds of lean muscle. Everyone in the gym tells me. 500 is better. I'm 28, 5'9' and 200pds with 10 years of Natural training.

Also, if i start off with 250, can i double the dosage in about 3-4 and taper down to 250 after 7 or 8. What do you all think?
 
yup 500mg/wk for my first cycle gained 30lbs kept 25lbs... loved it the only thing I would change is....adding some d-bol

You have to ask yourself what your real goals are. If you are going to hit it, you might as well do it right. I would run it 500mgs a week, and stack it with something like deca or EQ. Otherwise at the end of 8 weeks you are going to look in the mirror and say "fuck, i should have not fucked around and done it right"
 
i agree with mp5.....but you could make good gains off 250mg/wk of sust. some dudes gain 20 pounds in 8 weeks.
 
250mg sust or really any test per week is always good to throw in a cycle
 
I did sust. at 250 mg's for 10 weeks for my first cycle. Along with good diet and balls out training i gained 25lbs and managed to keep 20lbs.
 
IMO you have already built a solid enough base to go ahead and do a real stack. Why waste your time and money on using such a small amount of gear? You could hit some Eq or some deca with it at around 400-600 mgs week, and see awesome results instead of just average results. My way of thinking is if your going to do it, "go all out." Peace BT2

This is the best method if you are a first timer. You should be able to achieve and keep most of your gains. Good advice Andy!
 
Take Big Andy's and Latamier's advice! 375-500mgs of Test a week is all a First Timer needs for amazing growth(20-30lbs). No matter if you're 175lbs or 250lbs!
