I will be going in for surgery soon and I'm on a cycle ,will this be safe.

You better tell your surgeon. AAS will prolong blood clotting time, and if they don't know it, you might bleed to death (depending on the kind of operation). They could even postpone the op. because of this (happened to a friend).
