[FONT="]I'm doing the Big Man on Campus routine and it has 2 rest days assuming you're doing the full body routine on day 7. I take whey before, hydro builder post, and casein at night. Should I be taking these on my rest days to keep my protein consumption at a constant level or just use them when I lift. I have an idea but not totally sure just wanted some input. Thanks.[/FONT]
