she had pregnancy symptons but just took her 2nd test. negative. were both glad.
here boobs grew, bf% increased a little but she is a AThletic chick
were just talking minor love handles and a little tum tum fat.
Estimated weight is around 130 at about 5 foot 8.
She wants to try a real fat loss pill or something for motivation.
Her usual cardio was 2 days a week and she eats cleaner than anybody i know.
Any advice, training, and supplement ideas would help.
ie Lipoflame/shred good for chicks?
