I was curious to see if there is anything I can take that will help improve my vision ? Has there been anything linked to this?

eating carrots provides vitamin A beta carotene which is good for vision but if you are asking if you can go from needing glasses to 20/20 vision from eating a bunch of carrots I would offer to sell you ocean front property in Kansas.

eyesight is unfortunately genetic.

No. Otherwise Specsavers would be selling supplements and not contact lenses

Carrots are good for eye health but will do nothing for vision. Something that really interests me is lasik.
