Supplements?

On or off cycle,Creatine and a Good Protein powder(Either Whey Isolate or a Whey/Casein combo)are both excellent additions.A good Multi-Vitamin/Mineral complex is always a wise addition as well.
 
I would add two things to that list:

1. Creatine (either w/ ribose or effervescent)
2. Protein Powder
3. Multi-vitamin
4. L-glutamine
5. Flaxseed oil

Not that i endorse any of these, but right now I’m using Nature's Best Perfect low carb Isopure & L-glutamine, and American's Stamina for my Creatine supplementation...

Huck, I've heard that whey isolate alone will cause an insulin spike, is that true? If so, will taking flax oil with the isolate prevent the spike?

Also, how long would a whey isolate/flax drink stay with you before you start going catabolic...think around 2.5-3 hours or so?
