What are going to be the best supplements that I can take before I go in to do cardio
my strategy right now is to do about 30 to 45 minutes of cardio then I do about 30 to 45 minutes of weight training afterwards and I need sustained energy
i'm using sotalix turkestetone and I’ve been getting stronger not sure if it’s from the pills themselves but I’ve definitely added more lbs to my lifts.
Try to use natural foods and hydrate with water before doing cardio. Eating healthy carbohydrates like whole-grain cereals, whole-wheat bread, low-fat or fat-free yoghurt, whole-grain pasta, brown rice, fruits and vegetables. Try to avoid saturated fats and even a lot of healthy protein.
