Thank you for your help and input ladies! I am not sure how long to do the bulking diet, or if I should do it for a while then go to cutting...or alternate. I am guessing I will have to play it by ear since I'm sure it will take me a while to start gaining weight (muscle). I have ordered Optimum 100% Whey Protein, Creatine, and Glutamine. Until I get those I will be using some left over "blah thick nasty" protein shakes I have for now. And of course I will be following the diet you gave as close as possible. I am determined to improve my physique to a more toned muscular one...unfortunately I wont have much spare time in the next few months. But I will do my very best!
Here is the similar workout schedule I was doing, but will go back to and stick to a more organized religious workout:
~ Chest, Back, Abs and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
~ Shoulders, Legs, Abs and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
~ Biceps, Triceps, Abs and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
