Getting a lot of hearburn with all the orals that I am taking, and sometimes it is so strong, that it won't even let me sleep. What supplements can be effective to reduce it? What do you do to deal with heartburn?

Oral steroids can cause acid reflux and heartburn in people susceptible to it. There isn't much you can really do about it. Try taking the oral steroids with meals.

I also am a big advocate of apple cider vinegar. Adding 1 tablespoon to your meals will help reduce acid reflux and heart burn.

Yep vinegar is the best...
Check out kombucha tea by kevita. It's a cold carbonated beverage. Tastes great. Kill heartburn I haven been sick in a year I beleive from it digestive bennifits. 1 bottle per day everyday

Some people cannot avoid this side effect with orals. I would say also to not take them at night. Have a dose at breakfast and then again after lunch. That way you will not have issues sleeping.
You may as well ask for it in a local pharmacy to see what they have. There is a huge variety of supplements agains acid reflux and heartburn - you just need to ask for it in a pharmacy.
