Supplements/drugs necessary?

Well currently I am on a CKD taking no supplements with the exception of Creatine. I am going to buy some R-ala for carb up days but i am wondering if excercise and diet will be enough. It seems as if most people are on a ECA NYC cycle or yohimburn or some other wieght loss helper. Are these things really that beneficial? Also more importantly are they NECESSARY? I am too high of a bf right now to know whether or not i have stubborn fat pockets for the yohimburn to help (im guessing my lower abs have some as does my chest) im probably about 20% bodyfat ATM. Thats not a sure thing but im getting measured soon. I will also be posting a picture within the next 24 hrs for comments about bodyfat. Im just worried that even with proper diet and excercise im not going to be able to lose this weight. thanks!

p.s I really have had no justification for these concerns as weightloss from my CKD has been steady!
 
nope, they are not necessary. and being at higher body fat, you would have absolutely no problems losing as long as your diet and training are in order.

start worrying about fat burners when your fat loss slows way down or stalls.
 
ya, although now that i think about it im lower than 20 percent, i half to be........ oh well ill post a pic and you all can let me know.

I was at that point recently, feelin' great, at a new set point, and then went on a two day training seminar and forgot to take my xenadrine with me, the hunger pangs hit real bad and I ended up binging on 6 hershey chocolate pies from Burger King, 4 apple pies from mcdonalds and 5 yogurt parfaits from mcdonals, as well as having a big meal at a restaurant earlier that day. Suffice it to say I quickly put on 7 pounds in 2 days, my body was happy with that and the cravings stopped, time to get back on the band wagon though.
 
eek. sorry bout the binge, im sure ull take the weight off fast tho! but damn u actually had that big of a craving to travel to 2 different fast food places. is there a reason ephedrine is scorned upon by physicians?
 
ive cut out all stimulants. because they make me addicted. if im using and eca type stimulant and then when i dont use it ill have a shitty cardio workout. but they do give you a damn good work out and definitly stronger. i know if i were to pop some i would be 20 -25 pounds stronger on my main lifts. i dont know about nyc though i never tried it
 
i agree with NC, i don't like taking ECA before lifting, because it will give you great workouts, then when you don't have it you'll feel like your getting a shitty workout. I think it also makes me overtrain, you just run around lifting like a madman
