Hi Everyone. I have a question regarding supplements and beer. I ask you this now: please don’t tell me that my problem could be solved by not drinking beer. I know that. I am not a heavy drinker at all however from time to time I will have a beer or 6. Now I know that when you consume alcohol your body treats it like the toxin it is and only works to rid your body of it, thus not looking at any food consumption leaving it to turn to fat. Before bed I always have my tablespoon of Udos and my whey protein shake. Now if I have had a few beers should I skip my usual bedtime routine…or do I need it all the more! Thanks. (Beer is bad…I know)
