Supplement interactions?

Hello! I have a question regarding supplements that have label instructions saying to take them on an empty stomach (before the first meal of the day) What if you have several supplements that have the exact same instructions? For instance I have some "Unleashed" and some "Super Cissus" and they both say to take before the 1st meal of the day. Will the supplements interact when taken at the same time and disrupt one another's absorption/efficiency?

Nelson what's the case with Unleashed & other supplements taken simultaneously here?

Thanks.... :)

No, they should not interact and disrupt eachother. They need a catalyst, which your stomach enzimes would probably be the only culprit of any molecular change. Like creatine turning into creatinine. A mix of supplements would not doing anything.

If you are that curious, crush a pill and/or open the capsules and mix them all together. If nothing happens, then there is no interaction or molecular swaps happening. Nothing is going to happen btw.

Either the stomach acid or digestive enzimes would be the only things to change chemical structure if they did at all.

As far as absorption and efficiency, there would be no real problem there either. Take it with some 100% fruit juice when you wake up. That will improve absorption.

Along this line, how long after eating do you have an "empty stomach" again? For example I take creatine first thing in the morning then again before lifting (apx 6pm) If I ate last at 4:30 and take the creatine at 5:30, am I taking it on an "empty stomach"?
