Supplement for shin splints

davianND

New member
I have been running for the past year and started developing shin splints over the past month and they aren't going away no matter what I try. Someone said to take an aspirin before I go running but that's just going to mess with my stomach
what supplements can I take to reduce my shin splints oh, thank you

Shin splints I actually think it's joints and detox so n2joint rx and n2guard is what I would stack for them

Could be a bunch of factors:

-carrying too much body weight
-quality of shoes
-surface you run on
-how you land when you run
-use of any PEDs
-imbalanced calf to front leg muscle

Sounds like you need to see a specialist sports doctor to asses the situation. You might have a serious issue in need of help.

That being said...

Since you asked about supplements:
N2Guard has Taurine in it which really helps with some of the tightness in the muscle.
