Superior nutrient absorption or constipation on AAS?

I have noticed that when I am on a cycle, I shit much less than usual. At first I thought it was constipation, but after 11 weeks, I must say it is not that. I eat clean with plenty of veg and protein, drink a gallon and half of water a day, so fibre and water intake is not the problem. I don't get the bloated feeling of having a massive dump brewing and festering in my colon, so I really doubt its constipation, even used some laxatives and nothing much comes out.

Could it be possible that with AAS I am absorbing the nutrients so efficiently that my body don't produce as much waste matter? Just wondering if anyone here have had similar experience in the past.

Biggest problem I have is gas. And I'm talking about paint curling, eye water, chemical weapons farts from all the protein I eat. Tough to hold it in when I'm talking to someone.
 
I feel you bro, I gave my gf a stinking eggy dutchoven under the blankets two nights ago. She was fucking pissed, said she almost woke up puking. She is still not talking to me lol

No matter how good your "nutrient partitioning" is, there will always be a large portion of waste. That's just basic human physiology. There are a lot of things that can affect your bowel movements and regularity, so its really hard to pinpoint the cause. Get a good probiotic and some digestive enzymes. They will help everything go very smoothly

Try two heaping teaspoons of Metamucil right before bed,,,EVERY single night,,never forget.
Gravity will do the rest when you wake up in the morning.
