Ok, I've never taken any AAS. Im looking for some suggestions for my first cycle. I've done my homework and I know 99% of you are going to say something about eating right, sleeping, and just working out harder. So please, just stick to what my first cycle should be and not what I eat...

Im 5'11" 165 lbs. and between 6 and 8% body fat. I am a track athlete and football player, so I need to gain some weight, without losing speed..In fact, I need something that will improve my speed. My only conern, is gaining too much, too fast, and losing my speed. Thanks for the help!
 
Ok guy, here's the deal.

You're 5'11" and 165 lbs - means you're skinny.

You need to eat. A lot. Then eat some more. Then train for a long time. Then when you're 30 lbs heavier, you might consider taking aas.

Simple enough for ya?

There are natural options and supplements that you can take to help, but it's too early for you to take aas.
 
Listen man, Im not doubting your knowledge..I know you know wayyy more about this than I do. But the thing is, Im going to take something..I just want someone experienced like yourself to tell me what I can take to increase my speed (which is power i guess). Im not here to debate whether im too skinny or dont eat right or whatever, I am going to take steroids..I just need help with the problem I stated up there. Call me stupid, but no one in here is going to convince me not to take AAS, so please just help me out. And dont flip out on me lol...
 
How old are you?

you need to understand that on Elite Fitness we treat people like real friends and we don't want you to get hurt.
 
Im a 23 yr. old in college. Ive had friends use dbol only and they gained nothing but water weight and lost it all as soon as they got off. Thats not my objective. But thanks for the suggestion.

my have a firm stance on EF to NOT give advice to users on their / considering thier first cycle if they fit into one of the following categories:

1- if they are less than 25 yrs old

2- if they dnt have enough training and they can grow more naturally

3- if they have no info on aas or pct etc...do you even know what PCT is? what sides are associated with diff types of aas?

4- do you know that diet is half the battle if not more to grow?

5- do ou know that you can take all the aas in the world, and if the other factrs are not in check, the you wont grow?

I'm telling you dude, giving you aas advice with your current condition is against the forum rules...we CAN give you advice to reach your goals naturally as of now, and you WILL...if you follow what we tell you to
 
5'11 165lb tells me you have little to 0 muscle on your body. I recommend food, milk, and pumping iron for 2-3 years then get some gear if still interested.

So you're admitting that steroid gains can be easily lost if done incorrectly, yet you're arguing with a knowlegable member when he offers advice. And you say "I'm going to take something anyway." Dude, that;s just dumb. Do you want to grow or just fuck around and see what it's like to take steroids?

lol, i'm starting to see a pattern of "don't talk to me about diet" = "i have a shitty diet". The last guy i tried to coach on this said he wanted to bulk and i pushed the 3,500 cals = 1 pound and up the cals yada yada. His response was "i'll keep this in mind but what dose should my EQ be?". LOL. No, you don't "keep this in mind". This is the essence of bulking.
 
You can take 25 mgs of VAR and add an extra 1000 calories a day and grow more muscle than if you took 100 mgs of Anadrol on a calories deficit.

The one things steroids do is recirculate protein and then idiots don;t eat enough protein. That's like adding octane booster to a car with a hole in the gas tank.

Several of my friends have experimented with both Winstrol and Winstrol Depot (injection form)..One is slightly over weight and he complained about joint pain. But the other guy, who doesnt play sports anymore, had nothing but good things to say about it. So WITH THE PROPER DIET, training, blah, blah, blah, what results would you typically get? What about results with Tren, as its one of the most popular AAS that Ive had my teammates take, dating as far back as the 11th grade in high school.
 
You need an attitude adjustment before anything else. We actually care about your health here so drop the chip on your shoulder if you expect advice.
 
Ok, then just pretend here...Heres a guy that eats perfect, sleeps right, trains awesome, is "old" enough for AAS. But he wants some lean gains. What should he take? I read an article on Ben Johnson (Canadian sprinter in the 80s) took a form of Winstrol.

What about Tren?
 
wintrol either oral or inectable ( same compound) wil dry out your joints. tren alone is an awful choice. I know this from years of researc without taking any of it.
You're going to get the same answers on here. sorry for us to be jackassses, but that's the rules. It sucks, but you will grow and get stronger from diet and training....

In 15 years time, when you realise a number of things and look back and reflect, you will realise just how cool we really were.

Why take steroids when you can improve diet and training and gain a solid 20lbs naturally in less than 6 months that you will not lose quickly as your body will be used to the slower, progressive development and added mass.
 
After you will lose everything you gain on your cycle, come back and check out the diet and training section.

...Love it cuz it's true. Best part is how sorry he'll be that he wasted those virgin receptors on a first cycle that will get him back to his starting point of 165lbs in a couple of months. Maybe even worse than that if he succumbs to the depression caused by losing all of your gains and stops eating/training all together!

Well how can u explain this? One of my friends back in high school..he took Test-e and dbol, and another took straight Tren...NEITHER one took any form of PCT, and yes they eat often, but I mean they were highschoolers, you know how kids eat lots of junk food. They both gained great mass. The one on pure Tren gained about 9 pounds and did not lose anything, and the guy who took test and dbol didnt lose anything either. Thats why I dont understand about the emphasis on eating , they kept that weight all the way from that summer, until we graduated that May
 
Hang in there wert2009, it sounds like we at least got you thinking and thats good.

While its terrible for other reasons to take aas in highschool, taking test/dbol/tren when your body is at its prime like that its almost hard to go wrong. As you get older you have to work harder.

Look at it this way, had your buddy that did test/dbol had a good diet in place, he could have put on and kept upwards of 25 or 30 lbs of solid fucking muscle. Seriously.

Its very logical. Muscle doesn't appear out of thin air. It is made of protein and build by energy from calories. The steroids simply signal your body to "TRY" and build more muscle. If the calories and protein aren't there nothing happens. A good analogy is that food is the nail and steroids are the hammer.

I remember when I was around that age, I knew enough to be president, priminister and King. No one could talk to me cause I wouldn't allow them. Why did I need people telling me what to do if I knew everything. Almost 10 years on I realised I don't know anything :)
 
Ok, well the steroid discussion is clear and I'll stop talking about that. But what would be a good diet plan? And please be realistic, I cant eat a steak for every meal lol. And just throwing this out there...My metabolism is EXTREMELY REDICULOULY high...So to keep you guys from typing, you can just send a link or something, Thanks!
 
I started training at 140lbs - 194cms (just under 6ft 5). I would have to eat 6000 calories a day to gain minimally and 8000 a day when on cycle. High metabolism is an excuse many use for little reason. I am now 250ish depending on water at about 10.5% right now.

You don't need to eat steak every meal. In fact once a week is enough, possibly twice. There is tuna, beans, chicken, turkey, beef and so on.

Don't take the stairs when you can take a lift, don't walk when you can drive, don't run when you can walk. Think about ways of saving calories, not burning them. Eat 4-5 times a day not 6-8.

Check out the diet forum, you will find masses of good diet food on there.
 
Ahhh, to be young with a high metabolism. I miss those days. Here is what you need to do.

1. Calculate your maintenance # of calories. This is the number that if you eat this much each day you will neither gain nor lose weight

Here is a site to do it: Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs

2. Once you have this number, add 1,000 to it. That is the total # of calories you want to shoot for each day.

If after a week you don't gain any weight, add 500 extra calories a day until you start gaining weight.

This this down before thinking about actual foods.

EDIT: I like CSs post better. Since you have such a high metabolism it might be best to just jump right to 6 or 8,000 calories. If you start feeling a little fat around the waist cut back a tad.

Between 10,000 and 12,000 calories a day....so you tell me why he's not fat and one of the "fast" athletes and not on a steroid forum?

(besides having dolphin like legs)

A he's Not lazy and trains harder than anyone else (with how many golds as proof?)

B. More horsepower (speed) requires more fuel.
 
Meal 1
3 whole eggs 6 egg whites. 1 cup oatmeal (dry) 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Meal 2
2 chicken breast (8 oz)
I cup brown rice w 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Mixed greens

Meals 3- 5 same thing. or substitute chix for fish, turkey, beef.
substitute rice for sweet potato or other complex carb.

Post workout Protein/ carb drink

PROTEIN drink befoe bed with some olive or flax oil or fish oil.

That's a pretty good start for a diet.

I wish there had been a EF when I was starting out training, dieting, and supplementing. ANNNNND cycling. Good bros with good advise. People who have been there and back. All the guys who responded to this thread know and pass along the straight shit. No BS.

Amazing how stubborn some OTHER people are....
