Yes Sir.

That PM lifting session ( as long as you do higher reps) makes one become a calorie furnace. Especially after that AM session done early in the day.
 
sounds like you got all the good suggestions bro...cardio upon awakening..get a cup of coffee in you prior...clean diet...(no sugars...trans fat that bullshit) and lift...make sure you are getting a good amount of protien from whole food and not doing all shakes (thats just my opinion) I think a steak is way more anabolic than a whey protien shake...good luck man

You can't overdo cardio? Not so sure I agree with that. In fact I couldn't disagree more, though it depends on what you consider cardio. Technically ALL exercise increases heart rate. And I'd agree that it's almost impossible to walk too much.

I've had hundreds of clients lose fat without ever stepping on a threadmill or riding a stationary bicycle.

could lose fat ON or OFF and was able to lose Fat without cardio, and he was not a natural ectomorph either.

He would lose Fat by fixed food intake ( never deviating ever)


as for my self I HAVE to do cardio other wise every thing else wont fall into place.
 
Well, I'm not a Bodybuilder, and by what it sounds like, neither is the thread starter. Sounds to me like he wants to get in shape and lose some BF...

I' sure it's possible to lose BF without Cardio, BUT who the hell would turn down the benefits of Cardio.

I think that noone here will argue that it is much easier to lose bodyfat with cardio

I sure would. I think it's far more effective to burn fat by having more muscle since muscle is heavier, therefore more metabolically active. I also believe in an active lifestyle. Beyond that, it's mostly about how many calories you take in.

Benifits of cardio? Decreased muscle mass. Damage to the joints, kness, spine, ankles. Decresed testosterone. Increased oxidation.

Now if you're not interested in building muscle and enjoy running or you want to get better at running, by all means...to each his own. But as a fat burning technique it's simply incorrect to say its benefits are unquestioned and inarguable.
