Need to lose fat around stomach area, and want to gain size and strength. 214 now and want to be a solid 225. what would be the best to do this?
 
If you're serious, I personally think you can never over do Cardio...if you wanna lose BF, Cardio is you're friend.
 
lift first then do cardio.
if you can, do cardio 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach, more often the better, as much as you can manage. with a good clean diet and regular meals your body will burn loads of calories and you will be toned and see a real difference.
