PERSONALLY- when I try to lean out, I keep carbs at 1g per lb of weight/ and drop some grams of fat (like 15g of fat) that puts me in 300 calorie deficit. Plus I add in sprints. Doing those two gets me in the 10% area within 4-6 weeks (I don't full out bulk cuz I think it's stupid)
Shred matrix gives energy n curbs appetite some what so if u stay busy, you'll think less about food. BUT when dieting, jack up the veggie intake and water- you'll mentally feel full.
