is it a good idea to add in quick acting sugars like dextrose to my protein shake post workout?
Right now i am doing two scoops of protein powder, one tablespoon of Hershey's syrup, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 2 bananas. should I add in some dextrose just for good measure or will I be okay with this setup to help with recovery
