Subway!

for a cheat meal it's fine. however subway is horrible if youre looking for nutritional value. the bread is loaded with sugar and digests rapidly and the meat is loaded with fillers and its heavily processed. it will not digest well.

I like a footlong subway club or chicken breast and a bag of baked lays as part of a re-feed meal...

Or a footlong meatball, footlong chicken parm, a bag of cheetos, and a snickers bar for a cheat meal.

Otherwise I stay away... if it's not part of a low fat re-feed or a dirty cheat meal.

id have to disagree and say that there good

if your on the run its fine and provide all the macros you need for one meal

IF you choose right

its junk food. everything on their menue is loaded with fillers. its no different than lunch meats or those bagged frozen flavored chicken varieties. nothing harmful in eating it once in a while but not to often.

I respectfully disagree ! :D

lets disguss this if you dont mind. here is what i have. i know that companies take the small undesired chickens and pump them up with fillers and preservatives to sell in bulk. a lot of chain companies like kfc buy this crap. it looks normal, its still on the bone, and it tastes pretty normal, but it has fillers and preservatives in it.

i also looked under the febuary 2010 revised complete subway menue listed on their site and see that every chicken offered has soybeans as an ingredient. i think they all also have hidrolyzed whey.
this tells me that it is processed just like the others.

what am i missing?
