subway

i think you should read more threads....

a turkey hero on mulit grain bread ain't bad.....but you shouldn't be eating it all the time

chicken, eggs, tuna, lean meats, brown rice, oats, multi grain pasta, baked potatoes and green veggies should be the staple of your diet if you aim is to lose weight.

i'm sure it's not the best/worse thing you could eat. results depend on your effort. and lunchmeat sucks.

You want to look like Jared, go for it.

double/triple meat chicken on a 6" or wrap is ok but save it for food emergencies

I basically consent with what everybody is saying here. Subway is definately better than most fast food you'll come across, but its still not that great, and lunch meat is essentially garbage. Bottom line, you can do way better in the nutrition department.

....avoid it... pack your lunch, no excuses... if you're asking if it sucks, you prob. already know it does... processed breads/wraps.... extremely low quality meats.. . etc, etc, etc... if you're out and that's your only choice, you didn't plan & failing to plan = planning to fail...!!

I personally think Subway is trash. Sure you can go there and tell em no mayo, etc, but the quality of the meats is very low. If you want some quick meals and your at the office, buy some tyson chicken, chop it up and drop it in 5 containers. Buy some of that instant brown rice and divide it into each 5 containers. Very good carb, protein. And pretty cheap, much cheaper than that crap they call subway. Lol, I forgot to add make sure you cook the chicken.

Its good if you're carb loading.

FYI, Wendys and Chick-fil-a dont have trans fat in there chicken nuggets anymore :o

... can't agree with that comment... Avoid that deep-fried saturated fat loaded crap like the plague! Changed the oils they use to cook it eliminated the TransFats, but that doesn't make it any healthier now that it has more SatFat.

Make's me wonder sometimes about what people actually eat in accordance w/ their body compositions going no where they want ....hmmm... if you expect to get 6% eating like this, good luck!
