Strict diet blues.

So far my diet has been fair. I've been on a High protein Low Carb diet now for 2 months now. Eating nothing but the good stuff to lose 15 pounds. Eating things like Salads,Chicken breast,Water,and tuna. But now it's come to the point where i'm craving carbohydrates. I'm in control now but doesn't mean I will stay in control. Please root me on for my ultimate goal.
 
the real dusty would never go on a diet...he would drink Hi-c Box drinks and eat what his mom made for dinner
 
just look at what you hope to achieve,I leave myself little notes to remind me of the goal around the house,it keeps things easier,right now I m so tempted to go eat a pint of Ben and Jerrys half baked but I wont,I must not,good luck bro
 
Are you competing or something? I don't believe in any of those fad diets. You can't stay on them. Just eat healthy foods, don't eat out much and get aerobic activity in addition to weightlifting.

No I'm not competeing but still want that look anyways. I'm working out too. I'll get there it's only a matter of time tho.
 
from what you describe, it sounds like you could def. use a carb-up at least once a week

you want to keep the thyroid and metabolism in check and not let them slow
