i was hoping i could get some advice on some stretches that will help to keep my back straighter in deads and squats.
I am a resonable tall guy, and i find it impossible to keep my back straight when going past parrellel on squats and deadlifts.
Now i can assume that i could be any of three main problem areas including tight hamstrings, tight lower back, and possibly hip muscles but i dont know how to find out if this area is a problem.
So has anyone got a stretching program that could help to keep my back straighter and arse in when doing squats and deadliftts? Any advice would be appreciated.
