Agreed always warm up first then stretch. Especially during the cold temperatures. Nothing worse than trying to stretch cold and hurting yourself.

Click to expand... most guys i see in the gym just show up and start lifting right away, no warm up and then after just leave, zero stretching. at our level and using steroids on top of that it is a recipe for disaster!

RoySimpson EF MOD Moderator Oct 13, 2019 #9 It’s important to warm up and not stretch before you workout. You can stretch afterwords though.
