like many people on this board i am more intrested in strength then size but and i am trying to get as strong as possible with little to no weight gain.
over the last 4-5 weeks i have added about 46 lbs to my total and have gained about 6lbs. i know that diffrent people have to put on diffrent amounts of weight to gain the same strength but how does this compare to how other powerlifters do? My body fat is about 14% give or take i might have gained a little but i'm not sure.
in short i want to know if this is good strength gains in proportion to LBM gains. As you can probably tell i don't like gaining weight but i will do it if i have to in order to get stronger. how much LBM did you have to put on to add a significant ammount to total?
