Just wondering if anyone experiences an almost total loss of gains (mostly strength gains) if you stop lifting for about a month.
At least for me, as long as I continue to lift each week I can make small gains here and there, but as soon as I take a break (even for 2-3 weeks) I basically end up having to start at ground zero again...
