hey guys,
My lower chest has gotten bigger than my upper chest and my pecs look uneven. I have no idea why, I work out the same amount of hours and with the same intensity on my lower and upper chest. I'm really unhappy with this situation, I just don't have that great upper pectoral mass that looks great under a shirt. Can you please give me an advice on how to fix it?

Most people have over developed lower chests and under developed upper chests. I would say 99% of lifters have that problem.

You need to prioritize pressing and fly movements on an incline to target the upper chest. Instead of flat bench, incline bench. Etc.

When pressing and doing flys, really focus on feeling the upper chest work. The lower peck muscle is larger then the upper peck muscle so it will do the majority of the work if you aren't focusing.

This is one of my favourite exercises for isolating the upper chest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dseNQb_XlEk

I have the same problem. Genectics, years of heavy chest routines and poor balance resulting in lack of symmetry. It's not gyno, which develops under the nipple. I think too much milk also contributes to fluid retention in the chest area.
