Stopping protein powder

What are the risk of stopping protein powder completely. I've been taking them for the past 3 years
I'm worried if I stopped using them that I'll lose my muscle or lose my strength


the issue is when I drink then now I feel very heavy and I don't feel good like I feel nauseous

there is no risk, just switch protein to real food or bone broth
