Stomach cramps

I get pretty painful stomach cramps after my workouts. Do you guys think I could do anything to prevent this from happening ?

Are you using creatine with proper hydration? If no then it may cause this issue what is your pre workout meal?

it is probably due to improper pre workout meals. the only foods you should put in your stomach within 3 hours of a workout are easy to digest foods
