Thanks for replies so far. My protein shakes are MET-Rx which don't really contain much concentrate. A whopping 46g of protein servering (58g powder) contains only 3g of carbs, which protein concentrate powders contain quite some carbs. bump
Does that mean this is just normal for you.... Or has there been some recent change?
Guess you may want to consider starting with the removal of one item at a time (beginning with the most recent addition) to see if it's something with your supps. ALA was mentioned and is a fairly common offender in this respect. Other than that... I'd look at my most recent food AND liquid changes (running any new gear combo as well?).

My doc said mine was a result of gas building up during the day. man I need to pop some beano or some shit, LMAO
Just a thought but it could be the case as a result of the protein that your building up gas which causes your bloat.
