I am using my husbands account. I am curious if steroids can be transferred to a woman though semen during sex? If so, what if any would the potency be?

No. The only thing you might have to worry about is if he is using some sort of topical testosterone, like AndroGel. That could rub off of his skin onto yours and next thing you know, you’re asking to borrow his shaver.

I had heard something to that affect also… I also read something about swallowing making for an easier pregnancy. Man—the studies these male doctors will come up with to get women to swallow.

I don't know about swallowing helping pregnancy,if anyhting I'd think it would be the opposite. As in various volumes of semen aren't going into the vaginal barrel,but instead down the esophagus.
I've been good,need to find some trouble.

BTW. I know this thread took a bit of a humorous turn in part due to some of my comments, and this is a serious subject, so let me reiterate: In all of the studies that I have read regarding AAS, I have never seen ANY literature that would substantiate “increased testosterone” in a mans semen due to AAS use.

Think of the lawsuits that would be filed? There must be 3,000+ endocrinologists in the United States alone, many of which are prescribing HRT on a regular basis. Never once did my doctor ask me if a) my wife was pregnant or if b) I was planning on getting her pregnant when he started me on HRT.

Yet on the insert included with Andro-Gel it clearly states AVOID SKIN CONTACT WITH WOMEN, may cause serious birth defects, miscarriage, etc. A very serious warning!

If that’s not enough—myself along with several others on this board have conceived while on heavy doses of testosterone, and we all have beautiful healthy children.

But along with the pregnancy issues, the amount of Test a female will get from semen will NOT be enough to cause any masculinization side effects.

Thanks Daisy Girl. I searched and I searched but I couldn’t find any papers on the subject, which led me to believe that it must not be an issue.
