To be fair im a football player and u should have jumped on it straight away maybe even hgh for your recovery and help the injury repair alot fast as well. That is why you see pro sports athletes taking steriods hgh etc and coming back from there surgery or any sort of injured twice as fast and still managing to stay lean?? sure you not gonna be fit like you where or as strong but the faster you can get back in the gym the faster you gains are gonna come.
This is easily the worse advice I've seen all month. I've seen a lot of bad advice this month too lol
