Well, since they are not the same thing, I guess I can prefer both.
I think taking b-12 in low amounts is great just to keep all the needed nutrients in your body. B-12 in larger amounts is good for bulking due to the increase in hunger. Plus it gives you an energy boost. If you can resist the hunger then you can use it for cutting too since it does give the metabolism a boost. But I would rather go back to a low dose b-12 and take the ALCAR when cutting.
