I am here again
thank you for the replies given in the last post, I am planing my next "preparation" considering the target for the next year.
Strong for Powerlifting competition and get clean for 2015 for BB competition.
My schedule of the next cycle is to gain some body weight ( I am 108kgs ) and reinforce the whole body because I have a joint weakness that I have to solve for the next year.
the weight lifted are interesting because I do:
Squat 210 Kg X 4 reps Ass to the grass
Dead lift 230 1 rep
Bench press 168kg 1 rep.
I could lift more but As you know my joint weakness hurt me alot, especially in the bench press.
So the next preparation for the first of november will be:
4500KCAL Diet divided in to: 50% pro 30% carbs 20% fat
workout 5 splits a week
1. Squats - Legs
2. Shoulder
3. Bench Chest
4. Arms
5. Deadlift and Back muscle
6. Rest
7. Super rest
3 time a week 20 minutes Low impact cardio train before the breakfast
GEAR.
1-5 week
50 mg anadrol ED
Every day I do in the same shot:
140Mg testo enant + 70mg Masteron + 40Mg Tren Hexa
this means total 1000Mgs Testo + 500mg Masteron + 300mg trenbo
4ui HGH day 5 on 2 off
Aromasin Eod half tab
2Mg Tb 500 Weekly
I am indecided to use:
IGF1 - Long 3 or Ipamorelin or GHRP.. Please advice
this for 5 weeks, after that:
No stop and
4 weeks of:
HCG 1000UI EOD
50Mg Proviron
10Mg Nolvadex
Aromasin EOD half tab
Cabaser or Bromo ( i have to see what I can find )
4 Ui HGH
IGF1 - Long 3
2mg week Tb 500
I am also thinking about the use of the Sarms i to the cycle or PCT, as per my friend DylanG. Advice!
One month stop of all and 2 weeks off from the training and after that from the beginning again, adjiusting the dosage.
Please do not question about the shortest of the Cycle.
My body respond very well
Dosage this time seems good.
