I pinned a CC of gear into my delt 3 days ago and got some PIP which is normal for me that same day. now it is warm to the touch and red, but no swelling. is this a sign of an infection or am i just being paranoid? what should i do go to ER?

just keep an eye on it but you should be fine

If you get an infection, you will know it. You will be tired all the time and sleep a ton.

Just keep an eye on it. Im sure you'll be fine
Just keep an eye out that you do not get a fever and start to feel like you have the flu. It is very rare that someone actually gets an infection from pinning gear.
