Im starting to eat a lot more steak and red meat this whole winter till next cutting cycle... been wondering what are some ways you bros season and cook/grill your steaks?
I season mine a few hours before cooking in cracked garlic sea salt and black pepper. I sear the hell out of it in a really hot cast iron pan coated in olive oil or even butter. Then I throw it on the grill and cook it low and slow. Sometimes I just sear it and then cook it on the stove top on a lower heat setting. It all depends on if I am in a hurry or trying to impress somebody.
If im in a hurry Ill just fry it in olive oil (if its a frying stake) and force it down lol. Cba with all seasoning and shit, doesnt taste that bad fryed with tomatoe and red pepepr relish so I just usually fry it in a bit of that.
