Staying really lean year round... who does it?

My weight varies less than five pounds throughout the year. Although, somdays it looks like I swallowed a butterball turkey. It's not hard to do, just takes a little disclipline. Maybe I don't have the fat genes though, i was a skinny kid

hell no! my wieght flucuates by at least 30 pounds during the year. I dont have the desire to be always on the diet to stay super lean, and my age and gentics are not to the lean side.

keeping the same weight year round is easy, having a defined six pack is harder.

I have to pound food and lift heavy to NOT look skeletonieish-how you like that word?
I stay pretty lean year round

i think people like you have it easy :) ectomorph build.

I wonder if there are any endos that pull this off.

i'm in northcentral pa. . .as soon as lawn mowing season/swimming pool season (with my kids) ends and the clothes go back on, i increase my carb intake and cut my cardio in half. . .i love bulking. :)

yeah, i think the temptation to pack on some pounds is higher in states where the temp is colder outside in the winter!

So does anyone here stay just completely ripped all 12 months of the year? We're talking abs and everything.

I know a lot of folks like to bulk in the winter time, so that they can gain muscle, but I wonder if thats the only reason they do it.

Honestly I think a good part of the reason why people arent lean year round is because they dont have the willpower to do it. They need their break where they can eat what they want for a few months.

I have a hard time finding people that have stayed real lean for many years, and who still have a decent amount of muscle on them.
Define "really lean" this is as bad as I look...
