ok have been lifting for a week (the first time seriously in my life), i am 20 years old and weight 181 pounds so i have been thinking of starting supplements that benifits all the body and multivitamins and fish oil is the first things to pop in my mind but i read some articles that well gave me "its not a great idea to take them at the same time" like
