I know its all mental right now -- but today and yesterday I fucking got it better than I have in a long time -- was hot, legs were burning today.. but again I GOT IT... and i know i will be paying for it the next few days... chest is tore up from Tuesday workout too -- tomorrow is my fav day... shoulders/traps :)
 
Me too -- What am I supposed to "feel" from the dieselbolan?

I think mentally I am already stronger, I shrugged 6 plates 3x yesterday and it felt fucking fantastic! Still only got 225x2 on shldr press -
 
Day 6 -- First let me tell you I had a HORRIBLE weekend and let life get to me, drank both friday and saturday and not a lot of rest either night.. had a basketball game on Sunday and suffered the whole time from dehydration -- Dont flame me for this I already know... Anyway -- people want to know if these products are good?

Today did DB's for the first time in probably 3 months for chest. Ended up hitting 120's in each hand on my 4th work set for a set of 5+1(assisted)... I think the most I had ever put up was 110's... followed up with 4 strong strong sets of incline, and another personal best 110's on my 4th set for 4+2(assisted)...

Impressed so far!
 
Heres an update -- Day 9 I did shoulders... Definitely able to push more weight and longer -- got 225x2 on my seated bb press.... Big surprise on day 10 for chest... Got my 315x1 and it felt pretty light -- was veryyyyyy surprised... needless to say I got a dynamite workout in after I did that -- I was so pumped... Also day 10 I am noticing a lot more vascularity... Not staying out of the gym yet though -- I hope to see vascularity continue even when im not in the gym -- I see it in my traps is about it!
