Oh, great, thank you..
Also i have a question: do you design bulking programs?! I'm 5'8" @167lbs (give or take, depending on time of day) and about 6-7% bodyfat (i can see veins on lower abs)...i'd like to be 180lbs at the same bodyfat, possible (drug-free)? Or do you only design competition/cutting diets?!

Program Info for you:

SwoledUp2 is here! SwoledUp had much success, yes, but SwoledUp2 is literally doubling it’s predecessor’s success. The Eating Patterns and structure have been re-vamped, and there is also a new STS (SwoledUp Training System) included w/it. It’s a program designed w/the help of Silverback (king of power training) to develop both awesome strength gains AND major hypertrophy. No other program delivers both of these aspects! SwoledUp2 allows lean mass to be obtained, all the while keeping bodyfat accrued to an absolute MINIMUM the entire time. So, when it's time to diet, you have to do so for VERY LITTLE TIME!! This translates into LESS muscle lost while dieting, and if you choose to use SwoleGenix, you won't lose any!

Component 1) Two "Eating Patterns", which are the core of the entire program, as is the case with SwoleGenix. You have one for days you perform weight training, and for days you do not. These patterns contain the precise amounts of each macronutrient at each meal, which is a key to metabolism elevation and ensuring a positive nitrogen balance for growth maintenance. The amounts are derived from your stats, with a formula/process I utilize to arrive at your case-specific guidelines. Component 3) Just as SwoleGenix comes w/consultation while getting ripped, one month of unlimited consultation is also included with SwoledUp2 to track progress and make sure you are progressing. You will have tools to apply well into the future should you ever decide to “bulk” again. After the initial month, monthly support can be obtained as well. So SC do u like H.I.T training method?
I've been doing it 3x week divided in legs, back and biceps or chest, shoulder and triceps. Thats the same u use on SwoleUP?
 
It's not HIT at all. I actually do not like HIT, nor do I employ any of it's methods/practices in my STS. SB and myself have spun the benefits of both volume (many) and HIT (some) all into one program. You can now reap the benefits of both programs w/out having to choose one over the other.
